采用自制的点火测试装置研究了不同当量比妒下,含不同粒径铝粉的Al-CuO铝热剂的燃烧性能.结果表明,随当量比妒增大,含不同粒径铝粉的Al-CuO铝热剂的火焰传播速率均呈下降趋势.在相同的Al与CuO质量配比下,p〉1.5时铝热剂的火焰传播速率随铝粉粒径减小而增大,φ〈1.5时火焰传播速率随铝粉粒径增大而增大.φ减小,铝热反应剧烈程度增加.Al与CuO质量配比为50:50时,铝热反应的最高燃烧温度随铝粉粒径增加而升高.
The combustion characteristics of A1-CuO thermite with different sizes of A1 particles were studied at different equivalence ratios (φ) by a homemade ignition apparatus. The results showed that the flame propagation rates of all samples trended down with increasing of the equivalence ratio. However, at the same mass ratio of A1 to CuO, if φ〉1.5, the flame propagation rates increased with the decreasing of A1 particle sizes, if φ〈1.5, the flame propagation rates increased with the increasing of A1 particle size. The reaction of A1 and CuO became more intense with the decreasing of equivalence ratio. When the mass ratio of A1 to CuO was 50:50, the peak temperature of the samples ascended with the increasing of A1 particle size.
