针对粒径对纳米铝粉燃烧性能的影响,研究了不同粒径的纳米铝粉在水蒸气气氛中的燃烧特性,同时与其在空气气氛中的燃烧特性进行比较.结果表明,纳米铝粉粒径对其在水蒸气气氛中的着火温度影响较大,但对其燃烧的最高温度影响较小.纳米铝粉在水蒸气气氛中的着火温度比在空气气氛中的着火温度低,且最高温度也低.从燃烧现象可以发现,纳米铝粉在空气气氛中比在水蒸气气氛中燃烧剧烈,火焰亮度更强.此外,还采用扫描电镜与能谱分析联用技术对纳米铝粉在不同气氛中的燃烧产物进行了分析.
In order to study the effect of nano-aluminum particle size on combustion performance,the combustion characteristics of nano-aluminum powder with different particle sizes were studied in water vapor. Meanwhile,the combustion characteristics of nano-aluminum powder in water vapor were compared with those in air atmosphere. The results show that particle size of nano-aluminum powder has greater influence on the ignition temperature in water vapor,but exerts less effect on the highest combustion temperature. The ignition temperature of nano-aluminum powder in water vapor is lower than that in air,so is the highest combustion temperature. It can be found from the burning phenomenon that the burning of nano-aluminum in air atmosphere is more severe than that in water vapor,and flame brightness is stronger correspondingly. In addition,the combustion products were analyzed in different atmospheres by scanning electron microscope combined with energy spectrum.
