以丙烯酰胺为单体,双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,先制得交联聚丙烯酰胺聚合物,再用氨基硫脲对交联聚丙烯酰胺进行功能化改性,反应制得以聚丙烯酰胺为主链,侧链带螯合基团的改性氨基硫脲树脂.采用元素分析,红外光谱对树脂进行了表征,并用动态吸附法测定了该树脂对几种金属离子的吸附性能,发现该树脂对银离子有较好的吸附性能.
A crosslinked polyacrylamide was prepared by free radical polymerisation of acrylamide crosslinked with N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide (MBIS). The crosslinked polyacrylamide resin was modified by thiosemicarbazide. The composition and structure of the resin were characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectrometry. The adsorption capacities, adsorbing rates and adsorbing kinetics of the resin for Ag( Ⅰ ). Pb( Ⅱ ). Hg( Ⅱ ) and Zn( Ⅱ ) were determined by atomic adsorbing spectrometry and titration, respectively. It was found that the resin has good adsorbing property for Ag( Ⅰ ).
