为探索出一种适用于强吸湿纤维密度的测试方法,用气体填充法和比重瓶法对6种不同洋麻纤维的密度进行了测定,探讨了两种密度测试方法的相关性。研究结果表明:用比重瓶法测定时,洋麻纤维密度值随纤维在水中浸泡时间延长而发生明显变化。密度数据呈先降低后增加的趋势。对两种方法所测定的数据进行对比发现:结合两种方法,可以较准确、快速地测得具有良好吸湿性纤维的密度值;且操作方法简单,测试成本低。
To find a suitable density test method for hygroscopic fiber, the densities of six different kinds of kenaf fiber are measured by Ultrapyconometer method and Pyknometer method. The correlation between two methods is discussed. It is found that the kenaf fiber density value changes with the immersion time when using Pyknometer method. The density value comes down in the initial stage and then goes up. The data is analyzed and compared. It is found that the density value could be obtained more precisely and quickly by combining these two methods, and the operation is simple and low cost.
