以苎麻纤维、竹原纤维、海藻纤维为原料分别与棉纤维制成非织造布,研究了其抗菌性及舒适性。结果表明:苎麻/棉、竹原/棉非织造布的透气率及透湿率较好,透气率分别为4677.30、4580.40L/m^2·s,透湿率分别为737.76、752.63g/m^2·24h。海藻/棉非织造布的吸液量是最大的,为6.66g/100cm^2。苎麻/棉、海藻/棉非织造布的抑菌率分别为51.82%和54.74%。
In this study, three kinds of nonwovens were prepared by ramie, bamboo and seaweed fibers with their antibacterial and comfort properties tested. The result shows that the ventilation rate and moisture permeability of ramie fiber nonwoven and bamboo/cotton nonwoven are better. Their ventilation rates are 4 677, 30 and 4 580.40L/m2 · s respectively. Their moisture permeability are 737.76 and 752.63g/m2 · 24h respectively. The moisture content of seaweed/cotton nonwovens is the biggest. It is 6.66 g/100cm2. ramie nonwoven and seaweed/cotton nonwoven have an antimicrobial rate of 51.82% and 54.74% respectivelv.
