在乙醇体系中通过溶胶凝胶法制备ZnO量子点(QDs),并将其与环氧树脂复合,得到ZnO量子点环氧树脂复合材料。利用紫外可见分光光度计和荧光分光光度计研究量子点的加入量、介质溶剂和量子点加入方式对ZnO量子点环氧树脂复合材料光学性能的影响。结果表明:随着量子点加入量的增加,荧光发射强度和紫外吸收能力增强,可见光透过率则降低;乙醇为溶剂所得的复合材料的光学性能较好,但是正己烷为溶剂所得的复合材料具有较强的硬度;将量子点先与固化剂(B胶)混合,再与环氧树脂(A胶)混合所得到的复合材料的光学性能优于将量子点先与环氧树脂(A胶)混合所得的材料。
ZnO quantum dots (QDs) were prepared with a sol-gel method in the alcohol system.Then, the obtained QDs were mixed with epoxy resin to obtain ZnO QDs/epoxy composite materials.The fluorescent spectrophotometer and ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) speetrophotometer were used to explore the effects of the QD addition, the kind of solvent and the mixing way on the UV-vis transmittance and photolumineseenee properties of the composite materials. Results showed that, increasing QDs addition could enhance the emission intensity and UV-ray absorption but reduce the vis transmittance of the materials.Alcohol solvent had better optical properties, but n-hexane had better hardness.Moreover, to mix QDs with curing agent first could obtain better optical properties.
