以六氯三聚磷腈和甲氧基乙氧基乙醇为主要原料,合成了全取代的六(甲氧基乙氧基乙氧基)三聚磷腈,并用IR、^31P NMR、^1H NMR、^13C NMR、FABMS等现代谱学技术对其结构进行了表征。经生物活性试验证明,此化合物对腐生线虫Panagrellu sredivivus具有一定的毒杀活性。
Synthesis, characterization and biological activity of hexa (methoxyethoxyethoxy) cyclotriphosphazene, a new small-molecule phosphazene were described. The reaction of methoxyethoxyethanol with sodium hydride yielded sodium methoxyethoxyethanol. The rifle compound was prepared by nucleophilic substitution reaction of hexachlorecyclotriphosphazene with sodium methoxyethoxy- ethanol. Its structure was characterized by IR、^31P NMR、^1H NMR、^13C NMR and FABMS. The experiment of the nematicidal activitity was carried out. The obtained results showed that the compound was able to kill 32.8% of the Panagrellus redivivus at lmg/mL within 72 hours.
