基于网络结构实验室概念,开发了一个单自由度结构体系远程协同分析和拟动力试验平台.该平台由控制中心、真实试验机、虚拟试验机和远程观察器4个模块组成,各模块由计算机网络连接在一起,采用并行通讯模式实现控制中心与试验机和观察器之间的数据传输.利用该平台进行了钢管混凝土柱在3个水准地震作用下的协同拟动力试验,并进行了理论分析对比.平台的开发应用初步实现了异地分布式协同结构拟动力试验理论。进一步扩充可应用于更为复杂的子结构协同拟动力试验,从而将多个单一结构实验室整合为功能强大的网络结构实验室,提高了试验能力,达到了资源共享的目的.
Based on the concept of networked structural laboratories, a platform for remote cooperative/interacfive analysis and hybrid dynamic testing of SDOF structures was developed. It was composed of four Farts, narmesd control center, physical tester, virtual tester, and remote observr. The platform was capable of transferring control and feedback data armong geographically distributed control centers, testers and observers connected by the Intemet with a parellel communication protocol. Based on the platform, copperative pseudo dynamic tests of CFT column under different levels of earthquake exaltation were sucoessfully carried out. The platform validates the theory of geographically distributed cooprative hybrid testing and can be updated for complex sub-structure-peeudo pseudo dynamic testing. It enables the shared use of testing resouroes by integrating single structural laboratories into a powerful and networked laboratory with advanced capability.
