基于MTS793.10软件提供的外部命令控制模块,提出了一种利用计算命令实现计算信号控制的试验方法。介绍了计算命令控制、计算编辑器及虚拟控制通道的原理;应用计算命令控制方法建立了试验系统,通过将信号采集、程序计算和命令控制同时完成,加快了试验进程;以结构拟动力试验为例,详细说明了基于计算命令控制试验系统的建立方法及试验流程。已进行的实时子结构试验、主动控制试验表明,试验系统解决了数据采集和程序计算之间不同步的问题,可以应用于不同要求的结构抗震性能试验中。
The testing method using calculation command to realize calculation signal control was proposed based on the external command control model provided by MTS 793.10 software. The principles of calculation command, calculation editor and virtual control channel were introduced. The testing system was established, which quickened the testing speed by making signal acquisition, program calculation and command control completed simultaneously. The calculation command control method and testing flow for structural pseudo-dynamic testing were described in detail. Real-time substructure testing and active control testing demonstrate that the testing system can deal with the asynchronies of data acquisition and calculation, and can be applied in structural seismic performance testing with different requirements.
