水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)是高速铁路板式无砟轨道的关键结构层之一,起着支承、调整、传载、减振和隔振的作用。结合单元板式无砟轨道CA砂浆的应用情况,总结分析当前国内外CA砂浆的配合比设计、静动态力学性能、耐久性及CA砂浆与板式轨道动力学匹配的研究现状,指出在这些研究方面的不足,在此基础上对CA砂浆的研究方向作出了展望。
The cement-emulsified asphalt mortar (CA mortar) is one of the key structural layers of slab ballastless track of high-speed railway, which simultaneously plays the roles of supporting, adjusting, load transferring, vibration reducing and isolating. In this paper, in combination with the application of CA mortar in unit slab ballastless track, the research progress of CA mortar at home and abroad was summarized and analyzed including the mix proportion design, static and dynamic mechanical properties, durability, and the dynamic matching between CA mortar and slab ballastless track. In addition, the shortcomings in these researches were pointed out. Finally, on this basis, a prospect of research direction of CA mortar was put forward.
