Hypoxia inducible factor-1（HIF-1） is a key signal molecule induced by hypoxia in tumor,which plays a crucial role in energy metabolism,angiogenesis,proliferation and metastasis of tumor cell.Recently,studies on the HIF-1 signaling pathway and on developing the molecular inhibiters for HIF-1 are the focus in this area.
