首先介绍了尼泊尔国内通讯系统的主要组成及其特点,详细调查了震后两县区域内通讯系统使用功能及主要设施设备的损失情况,得到了此次地震中通讯系统各主要组成部分的典型破坏特征,并对其破坏的主要影响因素进行了分析。综合所调查的各种震害情况,对尼泊尔8.1级地震中通讯系统的总体破坏特点进行了评述,在此基础上提出了适合其国情的通讯系统恢复重建建议。

英文摘要：

In this paper, the main components and characteristics of the communication system in Nepal were intro- duced. The loss of the service function and the damage of equipments were investigated in areas of two counties af- ter the Nepal Ms 8.1 earthquake. The typical damage characteristics of each main component in communication sys- tem were derived based on the investigated data, and the main influence factors were discussed to find out the dom- inant reasons which leaded to the damage. At last, a seismic damage state comment of communication system under Nepal Ms8. learthquake was present based on the investigated data. The conclusions can be used to deeply under- stand the damage mechanism and to develop the rehabilitation and reconstruction project of communication system adapted for Nepal.
