通过对329名大学科研团队成员的问卷调查分析,探究心理契约破裂对创造力的影响机制,补充了心理因素对创造力影响的研究研究发现,心理契约各维度的破裂对创造力的不同维度均有较为显著的影响,并且创造性思维在心理契约破裂与创造性实践的关系中发挥中介作用。在管理实践中组织资源有限的情况下,针对创造力展示的不同阶段对不同类型心理契约的履行决策提供理论指导。
This paper complemented the effect of psychological element on individual creativity (IC) by examining the impact of psychological contract breach (PCB) on IC with a questionnaire survey of 329 university research team members. The findings suggested that different forms of PCB all have significant effects on variant dimensions of IC. Creative idea generation mediates between PCB and creative idea implementation. This study provides a theoretical guidance for execution decisions of various psychological contract under different stages of IC, meantime within limited organization resources.
