在全球气候变暖的背景下,以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的“低碳经济”成为全球热点。企业发展低碳经济已经成为必然趋势。将碳排放量作为优化目标,其中碳排放量计算采用全生命周期法,考虑运输方式所消耗燃料整个生命周期的碳排放量,以企业物料各种运输方式的运营及基建投资费用作为约束建立模型,采用分枝—隐枚举法进行企业物料运输方式的定量选择,使选择的运输方式即经济又低碳。与传统的定性分析相比更加科学、客观、真实,最后对某企业的物料运输方式进行了计算,验证了模型和算法的可行性与有效性。
In the background of global warming, "low-carbon economy" which is based on low energy consumption, low pollution, low-emission has been becoming the world's hot spots. It has become the inevitable trend for enterprises to develop low-carbon economy. In this paper, it makes carbon emissions as the optimization target, where in the carbon emissions calculated using the full life cycle approach which considers fuel carbon emissions of transportation consumption throughout the full life cycle, and establishes model which uses enterprise material various modes of transport operators and infrastructure investment costs as a constraint. Then it uses branch-implicit enumeration method to make quantitative selection for enterprise material modes of transportation, which makes the selection of the modes of transportation that is economical and low-carbon. Compared with the traditional qualitative analysis, the new method in this paper is more scientific, objective and actual. Finally, it calculates an enterprise's material modes of transportation to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
