工业产业聚集已成为工业化发展的趋势,传统工业正逐步向生态工业转换,这种转换势必会带来土地布局的变更,传统工业生产已对区域土地造成较大程度的污染。因而从生态工业区的理念出发,有必要将现有土地污染状况作为改造型生态工业布局规划的基础,该研究以工业区内各取样点的污染物浓度为依托,建立了传统工业区不同功能分区的土壤污染评价、污染物分布特征和传播规律等基础模型,并以此划分出生态工业区不同设施的限制布局分级,来实现传统工业区向生态工业区转换过程中二次污染的最小化,为生态工业区规划布局提供新的思路。
With the transformation of traditional industries to eco-industrial parks, industry aggregation has become the trend of future development, which will lead to the change of land use. Traditional industries have caused heavy pollution to lands, so considering the nature of eco-industrial parks, it is necessary to plan the transformed eco-industrial parks under the existing soil pollution conditions. Based on the pollutant concentration in different area, foundation models are established, including evalu- ation model of soil pollution in different function division of traditional industries, and the distribution model and propagation model of pollutants. Then the planning area of eco-industrial parks are classified to optimize the position of facilities with different functions, which will minimum the pollution in the process of transformation of traditional industries to eco-industrial parks, and provides a new way for the planning of eco-industrial parks.
