高校家庭经济困难学生的资助工作是一项针对高校学子的民生工程,然而在以往的实践过程中却出现了片面化的"输血式资助",学生受到物质资助后未学会自立自强、感恩奉献等品质,使资助工作陷入了"资而不助"的尴尬局面。为改变这一状况,南昌大学理学院以暑期入户调研为切入点,开创性地提出了构建高校"四位一体"复合型资助平台的设想,依托学院"自强社",学生组织进行了探索实践,通过系统化"爱心"主题活动、针对性心理团辅等多种方式,变"输血"为"造血",取得了良好的效果。
In colleges and universities, funding program for students from poor families is a livelihood project for college students. However, in the course of practice previously, a one-sided "transfusion-type subsidy" was overwhelmed, in which case students haven't acquired qualities such as self-reliance and self-improvement, self- dedication with gratitude, etc. after receiving financial support, thus resulting in an embarrassing situation of "funding without giving help" in funding program. To change this situation, School of Science in Nanchang University, starts with household survey of poor students in summer, proposes to build a "Four in One" integrated funding platform in colleges and universities pioneeringly, carries out various activities including "love delivering" theme activities and targeted group psychological counseling organized in a systematic way by relying on the student organization "Self- improvement Association", and has achieved good results by transforming "blood transfusion" into "blood hematopoiesis".
