随着铁路危险货物运输需求不断增加,危险货物罐车运输安全问题越来越受到重视,铁路危险货物罐车装载量直接影响到运输安全,但测量手段一直受限于传统的接触式、静态测量。为实现对铁路危险货物罐车装载量的动态检测,上海铁路局货运处和科研所联合研制一种动态非接触式检测装置,基于红外热成像技术,结合传感器技术和计算机图像处理技术,实现罐车到位信号的传输和液位高度的测量,并通过算法选择和数学模型搭建,提高测量准确度,最终测量高度误差控制在±9 cm范围内。
Following the continuous increase of demand on railway dangerous goods transportation, the safety problems of dangerous goods transportation by tank car are paid more and more attention. The tank car loading volume of railway dangerous goods will directly influence transport safety, while measuring means are limited by traditional contact types and static measuring. In order to realize dynamic inspection for tank car loading volume of railway dangerous goods and transmission of tank car in-place signal and measurement of liquid level, Freight Transportation Department and Scientific Research Institute of Shanghai Railway Administration jointly develop a dynamic non-contact inspection device height based on infrared thermal imaging technology, sensor technology and computer image processing technology, and then, through algorithm selection and mathematical modeling, the administration increases measuring accuracy, and finally controls the height measuring error within ±9 cm.
