针对不确定环境下客户有限理性行为带来物流运输方案可行性较差的问题,结合行为科学中对人的行为感知以及运筹学中定量的研究方法,研究考虑客户拖期心理成本的第四方物流(4PL)路径优化问题。基于前景理论,建立以客户期望时间、第三方物流(3PL)供应商运输能力和信誉为约束,最大化运输成本总效用为目标的优化模型,并采用改进蚁群算法进行求解。实例分析表明,模型的合理性和算法的有效性。
Due to the customers' bounded rational behavior, the logistics routing solutions under uncertain environment always behave poorly in practice. To deal with this problem, a fourth party logistics (4PL) routing problem considering psychological costs of tardiness customer is studied based on the behavioral perception and the quantitative analysis. An optimization model, which maximizes the total utility of transportation cost and subjects to the customer's expectation of time and third party logistics (3PL) providers' transportation capacity and credibility, is formulated based on the prospect theory. An improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve this model. Experimental analysis shows the suitability of the model as well as the effectiveness of the algorithm.
