商品的用户效用分析对生产者和消费者越来越重要,有效的用户效用评估将有助于商品生产者和销售者合理配置资源,也有助于用户合理选购商品。在传统的用户效用分析基础上综合考虑了用户对商品价值属性的敏感性和商品价值受用户偏好影响的敏感性,研究了商品价值属性和用户偏好对用户选择行为的影响程度,构建了基于敏感性分析的用户和商品的排序模型。在Salop环形城市价值效用模型的基础上,结合排序模型提出了用户效用评估的方法,最后用实例对上述模型和方法进行了说明和验证。
User utility analysis has become more important for producers and consumers.It will help the producer or seller effectively allocate resources,and help the user rationally choose goods.Based on the traditional user utility analysis,we comprehensively consider the user sensitivity to goods value attribute and the sensitivity of goods value affected by user preference,study the influence of goods value attribute and user preferences to user choice behavior,and construct the rank model about users or goods.Based on the user and goods rank model and the Salop circular city utility model,we can evaluate user utility about certain goods.The feasibility and effectiveness of sensitivity analysis model and utility evaluation model are given by real data case analysis.
