热电材料是一种具有特殊意义的功能材料,它可以实现热能和电能的直接转换,因此对解决当前能源危机开辟了新的途径。综述了目前常用的制备纳米热电材料的湿化学方法,介绍了各种方法在热电材料形貌控制方面取得的进展,探讨了湿化学法中溶剂和表面活性剂对控制材料微观形貌方面的影响,在此基础上对湿化学方法制备纳米热电材料今后的研究方向进行了探讨。
Thermoelectric material is a kind of functional material with peculiar significance, which is used to achieve the direct transfer between thermal energy and electric energy. Therefore, it brings a new way to solve the energy crisis. The application of wet chemical methods in the preparation of thermoelectric nanomaterials is introduced. The development of these methods in morphology control is discussed, and the effect of different solvents and surfactants on their morphologies is reviewed in this paper. Several research directions of synthesis of thermoelectric nanomaterials are discussed and proposed.
