为了获得具有高效光催化降解污水的催化剂,通过葡萄糖水热反应得到绿色环保的碳球,利用碳球作为模板,成功制备出具有介孔结构的TiO2空心球.采用X射线衍射、傅立叶变换红外光谱、扫描电镜等对样品的晶相和形貌进行分析.研究结果表明:样品是纯相的TiO2空心球,尺寸约为200nm,这种空心结构材料具有较高的比表面积,能够为光催化反应提供更多有效的反应面积.介孔TiO2空心球作为催化剂,降解20mg·L^-1的罗丹明B,在紫外光下照射35min,降解率达到99.597%,具有较好的光催化性能.
In order to obtain a catalyst with highly efficient photocatalytic degradation of sewage, mesoporous TiO2 hollow spheres were synthesized with the environmentally-friendly carbon spheres as the template which were made by hydrothermal reaction. The crystalline phase and morphology of the prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Scanning electron microscope,etc. The results show that the samples are pure TiOz hollow spheres with the diameter of 200 nm, and that this hollow structure has high specific surface area, which consequently provides more effective reaction area. The mesoporous TiO2 hollow spheres can photodegrade the Rhodamine B (20 mg·L^-1) by 99. 597% under 35 minutes' UV irradiation. It is concluded that mesoporous TiO2 hollow spheres have excellent photocatalytic activity.
