Trust is the foundation of cooperation, entrepreneurial teams trust is the trust relationship among the members of the entrepreneurial team and members trust the entire team. Entrepreneurial teams trust is a dynamic evolution process. In the different stages of evolution, the different factors which influence the evolution of it. This paper discusses the dynamic process of entrepreneurial teams trust found. entrepreneurial teams trust evolution can be divided into six stages： Contact of stage, exploration of stage, development of stage, maintain of stage, eroded of stage, reconstruction of stage. Resource matching, culture-values match, reputation matching, information interchange, communication and interaction, asset specificity swaps, shared interests, threat awareness, commitment in different evolution stages of its evolution plays a different role.
