For group multiuser detection of DS- CDMA, the whole interferers were composed of the users in local cell and those in neighbor cells. Firstly, users in neighbor cells were identified from the received interferers by using subspace projection. Then, muhiuser detection was performed among the users in local cell. The adaptive algorithm was achieved by subspace tracking. Through this processing, the complexity of calculation is decreased and the performance is improved. Simulations demonstrate that the algorithm is applicable.
