直流电机的工作方式比较多,但是如何有效地把它们设计成为图形显示器件却是一个比较复杂又很实用的课题;文中研究了一个利用微机控制三种直流电机工作的激光图形显示系统;使用了三种不同类型的电机:可逆电机、伺服电机和反应式电机;设计了基于计算机控制的偏振、旋转和步进三种直流电机工作方式,分析了利用微机控制直流电机来显示激光图形的软硬件工作原理,给出了图形的几何变换算法及程序流程;最后展示了部分输出结果图,取得了较满意的效果。
There are a lot of working modes to DC motors, but it is a complex and useful subject that how to design graph display apparatus using DC motors availability. A new laser display system of three DC motors controlled by computer is introduced. There are three types motors with reversible motor and servo motor and reactivity motor. Three working that oscillating and rotating and step run together based on computer controlling is designed, the principles of hardware and software for laser graph displaying with DC motors controlled by computer are analyzed, and the graph's geometry transformation method and its operating processes are given. Finally, some satisfying results are shown.
