Objective： To construct supervision index system of basic public health service quality. Methods： Documentary, questionnaire investigation and expert interview were applied. Results： It has set up a series of index system of basic public health service quality including 3 first-level index, 10 second-level index and 45 third-level index. Conclusion： This index system could help to better understand the schedule and effects of basic public health service, as well as to scientifically estimate the quality and profits of basic public health service.
