英文摘要：

Objective To study the status of establishment and management of residents＇ health records in Sichuan Province, and provide references for decision-making. Methods 26 cases of community health centers or township health centers were chosen from 4 cities with random cluster sampling and surveyed. Results 86.4% of them had established residents＇ health records. And 82. 0% of them had established electronic health records. There had some problems in information and data updating in health records. The electronic health records system can＇t meet the requirement of grass-roots institutions. Conclusion The quality and utilization of health records should be improved with the increase of amount.
