Regional ＂double creations＂ policies have important promotion function to scientific and technological innovation entrepreneurship.In accordance with influence factors of regional double creations policies on scientific and technological innovation entrepreneurship,it is divided into supply promotion policy,environmental impact policy and demand traction policy.Analyze action process of three types of policies on scientific and technological innovation entrepreneurship of enterprises,colleges and universities and scientific research institutions;build system dynamics model of influence of regional double creations policies on scientific and technological innovation entrepreneurship,and taking practical data of Heilongjiang Province as example,simulate influence factors of these three types of double creations policies.Analyze implementation of the regional double creations policies based on simulation result,provide important reference value for implementation and formulation of other regions＇ double creations policies.
