为了促进云制造服务平台的市场化运作,在介绍云制造服务平台内涵的基础上,遵循云制造服务平台的业务逻辑,分析云制造服务平台系统的"时滞性"和"供需不平衡"两个特点,并以价格弹性作为中间变量建立云制造服务平台的经济控制模型;经过对模型的推导变换,揭示了云制造服务平台具有对制造资源价格不敏感性、需求拉动性、路径依赖性以及受内、外因素扰动等经济学特征,在分析以上特征的基础上,提出建立平台双向激励机制、需求集成机制、联盟合作机制和综合监控机制的建议,为云制造服务平台商业模式创新提供了理论参考和实践借鉴。
To improve the marketing operation of cloud manufacturing service platform,on the basis of introducing the connotation of cloud manufacturing platform and following the manufacturing resources sharing business logic,two characters of cloud manufacturing service platform system which were time lag and imbalance between supply and demand were analyzed with questionnaire survey method.Economic cybernetics model was established for the cloud manufacturing service platform system by taking price elasticity as intermediate variable.After the transformation of model,economics characteristics of cloud manufacturing service platform on manufacturing resources were revealed,which included price insensitivity,demand pull,path dependence and environmental factor disturbance.On these bases,the proposals that were two-way incentive mechanism,demand integration mechanism,alliance cooperation mechanism and monitoring mechanism were given.This research provided theoretical reference and practical application for service mode innovation in cloud manufacturing service platform.
