The personnel training of higher education must be innovative.In terms of recruitment,employment and so on,Agriculture and Forestry University still faces an unfavorable social environment.At the same time,there are weak areas within the university,such as single training mode and unreasonable specialty setup.Therefore,the personnel training innovation in the agriculture and forestry university needs to create a good social environment and national policy support.Meanwhile,colleges and universities of the cultivation pattern of reform should be diversified,and highlight the characteristics of specialty settings.
