本文运用向量自回归(VAR)模型,构建了经济增长与科技创新人才"双向互动关系"模型,并基于该模型进行了脉冲分析和方差分解分析。研究结论显示:长期来看经济增长和科技创新人才以及专利产出存在相互影响、相互促进的关系;短期来看经济增长对科技创新人才及专利产出的推动作用是明显的,反之作用不显著,说明我国科技创新人才和专利产出对经济增长贡献仍需要一个渐进的过程。
The author build a two-way interaction model between economic growth and technological innovation talents by the use of VAR model.Then pulse analysis and variance decomposition analysis are carried out.The research suggests that economic development,technological innovation talents and patent output promote each other in the long term.In the short term,economic development plays an obvious role in promoting technological innovation talents and patent output.However,there is no significant effect of technological innovation talents and patent output to economic development.It reveals that the contribution of technological innovation talents and patent output to economic growth still requires a gradual process.
