菌根对磷石膏利用土壤主要化学性质的影响

磷石膏(Phosphogypsum,PG)在农业生产、土壤改良等方面的应用受到越来越广泛的关注.本文通过盆栽模拟试验研究了不同磷石膏添加水平(0,20,40 g/kg)和接种3种丛枝菌根真菌[Glomus mosseae (GM)、Glomus aggregatum (GA)、Diversispora spurcum (DS)]对玉米与小葱种植土壤主要化学性质的影响.试验结果表明:随磷石膏添加量的增加,小葱种植土壤的pH值和速效磷质量分数分别随之显著降低和提高、砷(As)质量分数除DS处理外也随之显著增加,玉米种植土壤的pH值随之呈现下降趋势、速效磷质量分数和As质量分数除GM处理外也随之增加;与PG0处理相比,磷石膏的添加还显著增加了玉米、小葱种植土壤的有效硫质量分数.PG20和PG40添加处理下,与不接种相比,GA和DS处理能有效增加玉米种植土壤的速效磷质量分数,却显著降低了有效硫的质量分数;GM和DS处理则能不同程度增加小葱种植土壤的速效磷和有效硫质量分数.接种GM菌根真菌对玉米种植土壤As质量分数有显著降低作用;接种DS菌根真菌则对小葱种植土壤As质量分数也有降低作用.可见,所有复合处理中,以PG40-GM组合处理和PG40-DS组合处理分别对玉米、小葱种植土壤的主要化学属性改良效果较好.

英文摘要:

The application of phosphogypsum (PG) in agricultural prodction and soil improvement is paid attention more and more widely. The main chemical properties of soil for maize and shallot planting were studied. The soil were undertanken different PG addition levels (0, 20, 40 g/kg) and three different kinds of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi [ Glomus mosseae (GM), Glomus aggregatum (GA), Diversispora spurcum (DS) ]. Results showed that the pH value and available phosphorus (P) mass fraction of shallot planting soil decreased and increased significantly with PG addition levels respectively, and the arsenic (As) mass fraction also increased significantly except for the DS inoculation treatments. For the maize planting soil, the pH value showed a decrease trend with PG addition levels, the available P mass fraction and As mass fraction also increased except for the GM inoculation treatments. Moreover, the available sulphur (S) mass fraction of planting soil with PG addition for maize and shallot was significantly higher than that of PGO treatment. For PG20 and PG40 addition treatments, inoculation of GA and DS could effectively increase available P mass fraction but significantly decrease available S mass fraction in maize planting soil, and inoculation of GM and DS could increase available P and S mass fraction in shallot planting soil. Results also revealed that the As mass fraction significantly decreased with GM inoculation for maize planting soil and also decreased with DS inoculation for shallot planting soil. In all complex treatments, the treatment of PG40 with GM inoculation and PG40 with DS inoculation had the best modified effect on chemical property of planting soil for maize and shallot respectively.
