为了提高半导体制冷箱的制冷性能,设计了一种半导体制冷箱并针对该制冷箱进行了实验研究与性能分析.设计了3组实验共17种工况,通过改变半导体制冷片工作电压和冷热端散热风扇电压,研究了三者对半导体制冷片冷热端温度、制冷箱内部温度、制冷量及制冷系数的影响.对半导体制冷箱的工作状况进行了优化分析,分析表明制冷片工作电压和冷热端风扇电压均存在最佳工作区间,使得制冷箱内部温度和综合制冷系数同时达到最佳值.所做分析可为系统的制冷性能优化提供理论参考,找到使半导体制冷箱高效运行的最佳运行工况,达到节约能源,提高经济效率的目的.
In order to improve the cooling performance of semiconductor refrigerator, experimental investi working voltage of the semiconductor coolers and the heat exchanging conditions of hot and cold sides, the influences of which on the temperature of hot and cold sides of semiconductor coolers, internal temperature of the refrigerator, refrigerating capacity and coefficient of performance(COP) are concluded. There exists optimal working sections of the working voltage of semiconductor coolers and fans, on which conditions the temperature of refrigerator and the comprehensive COP can reach optimum value. The optimization a- nalysis carried out on the working conditions of semiconductor refrigerator can provide theoretical reference for the cooling performance optimization of the system. And the optimal operation condition is found to achieve the optimal operation efficiency of the semiconductor refrigerator; thus the aim of saving energy and improving economic efficiency can be achieved.
