根据2005年9月和2006年5月在福建罗源湾13个站位采集的浮游动物样品,结合环境参数对罗源湾秋季、春季浮游动物种类组成及群落结构进行了多元分析,探讨了罗源湾浮游动物的群落结构及其影响因子。2航次共鉴定浮游动物70种,浮游幼虫20类。浮游动物种类数量和丰度与1980年代相比大幅度下降,反映出种类组成已发生很大变化。根据各站位浮游动物的种类组成和丰度,用聚类分析法将浮游动物划分为2个群落。相关性分析表明,影响秋季和春季罗源湾浮游动物分布的主要环境因子分别为盐度和叶绿素a浓度。
Zooplankton community structure and its irifluencing factors were studied by means of multivariable and bio-environmental analysis based on the samples collected in Luoyuan Bay during two survey cruises conducted separately in September 2005(autumn) and May 2006(spring). A total of 70 zooplankton species and 20 pelagic larvae were identified. In comparison with previous studies, the species composition and abundance of zooplankton decreased dramatically from the 1980s. Cluster analysis divided the zooplankton into two assemblages. Bio environmental analysis showed that salinity and Chl-a were the main factors influencing the seasonal distribution of zooplankton in Luoyuan Bay.
