采用St觟ver方法得到表面带有羟基的二氧化硅(SiO2)微球;再用3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPS)对其进行表面改性,在SiO2微球表面修饰双键;以丙烯酸(AA)为单体,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用蒸馏沉淀聚合法合成酸性有机壳层无机核微球;用氢氟酸将内层的SiO2微球刻蚀掉,成功制得空心的聚合物微球.
The monodisperse SiO2 microspheres are prepared by classic St~ber methods. Then, the prepared SiO2 inicrospheres with hydroxyl on the surface are modified with MPS, which can introduce the carbon-carbon double bonds onto the surface of SiO2 microspheres. Acid organic shell and inorganic core microspheres are synthesised by using distillation precipitation polymerization with AA as monomers, AIBN, DVB as initiator and cross-linker, respectively. Finally, after etching treatment in hydrofluoric acid solution, the silica core can be successful removed to obtain the hollow polymer microspheres.
