采用五元件广义Maxwell模型对聚丙烯(PP)打包带的拉伸应力松弛特性进行了研究。结果表明:五元件广义Maxwell模型适用于模拟PP打包带的短期松弛行为;随着应变的加大,弹性系数、阻尼黏滞系数数值均呈下降趋势,PP打包带恢复原有尺寸能力下降,黏性流动变得更加容易;同时松弛时间下降,说明PP打包带的抗变形能力减弱;经应力松弛后,PP打包带剩余强度随应变的上升而下降,但下降程度不明显。
The generalized Maxwell model of five elements was applied to study the tensile stress relaxation characteristics of polypropylene (PP) packaging belt. The results showed that the generalized Maxwell model of five elements can be used to simulate the short time relaxation of PP packaging belt. When the strain was increased, the values of elastic coefficient and glutinous coefficient were decreased. The recovery ability of original size of PP packaging belt was reduced and the glutinous flow was easier than before. At the same time the decrease of relaxation time was indicated that the deformation resistance of PP packaging belt was weakened. The residual tensile strength of PP packaging belt was decreased when the strain was increased after the stress relaxation. But the decreased degree was not obvious.
