对放置在千湿环境中的塑木地板进行材色和蠕变性能研究。结果表明:1)放置4个月后,材料颜色变化大,白度L*增加了12.7,材料色差△E*为14.47。2)干湿环境中放置4个月后,材料的弯曲强度降低了13.9%,蠕变试验后,25%和50%应力水平后,材料的剩余强度分别降低13.9%和25.2%。而相同加载方式下,常温时,材料的剩余强度仅降低了0.6%和6.5%。3)千湿环境对材料的蠕变性能有一定影响,产生的应变为常温下的1.05~1.24倍。
The color and creep behavior of wood-plastic composite decking boards under the dry and wet environment were tested. The surface color changed greatly and affected its appearance. The dry and wet environment had an effect on the creep behavior about WPC. The modulus of rupture reduced by 13. % under the dry and wet for four months. The modulus of rupture reduced by 13.9 % at 25 % stress lever and 25.2 % at 50 % stress lever under the dry and wet environment for four months. However,the modulus of rupture just reduced by 0.6 % and 6.5 % after same loading ways. The strain was 1.05 - 1.24 times than the WPC at room temperature.
