预应力筋的张拉顺序及张拉控制,关系到预应力结构施工阶段和使用阶段的安全。针对华中科技大学中心体育馆看台斜梁的预应力筋张拉,利用ANSYS有限元软件对张拉过程进行数值模拟分析,研究张拉顺序对混凝土预压应力和反拱值的影响,并与现场实测结果进行了对比分析。有限元分析与实测表明,对预应力筋分束张拉工艺可行,周边梁的预应力筋张拉对已张拉梁的预压应力及反拱影响不大,实测结果比考虑损失的有限元结果约小10%~20%。
The tension order and tension control of prestressing tendons are very important for the prestressed concrete structure in the construction and service stages. Based on the analytical software ANSYS, the influence of the sequence on stress and deformation during the tensioning process was investigated. The analytical results were compared with the measured ones of local site. The study indicates that it is possible to tension the prestressing tendons one by one, and the tensioning around the tensioned beam has no much influence on its stress and deformation. In other way, the measured values are 10%-20% lower than the analytical ones.
