对一带叶尖间隙的低速轴流压气机转子三维流场进行了数值模拟,通过与实验结果对比,分析了叶尖网格匹配、网格质量对压气机转子三维流场计算的影响,发现网格正交性和网格疏密过渡会影响二阶计算精度的收敛,研究还显示压升特性线不能准确的反映网格数目对计算结果的影响。
The 3-D flow fields of a low speed axial compressor rotor with a tip clearance were calculated. Compared with experimental results, effects of the tip grid matching and the grid quality on numerical results were investigated. The result shows the requirement of the girdmatching between the tip clearance and the rotor passage for simulations of flow details in the tip clearance, and the sensitivity of the second order difference scheme to the grid quality. In addition ,it was revealed that the pressure rise characteristics did not exactly reflect the effect of grid numbers on numerical results.
