通过盆栽和田间试验,对棉花幼苗期喷施农抗702诱导抗棉花黄萎病和棉花枯萎病进行了研究。结果表明,10~40μg/m L农抗702均能诱导棉花抗黄萎病和枯萎病,且以40μg/m L农抗702诱导昌棉02抗黄萎病和枯萎病效果较好,对黄萎病和枯萎病相对诱抗效果分别达到88.13%和76.10%;田间药效试验表明,在棉花幼苗期喷施浓度为60μg/m L农抗702,仅喷施1次后60 d对枯萎病防治效果为53.99%;喷施药液2次后51 d防治效果为70.59%。
The role of antagonists against fungal pathogens became increasingly important in biological control in recent decades. In this paper, the resistance of cotton against Verticillium wilt and Fusarium wilt induced by ag-antibiotic 702 was studied by pot and field experiments. The results showed that the tested four different concentrations of ag-antibiotic 702 liquid were able to induce resistance against Verticillium wilt and Fusarium wilt, and relative effect of the induced resistance with the concentration of 40 μg/m L ag-antibiotic 702 was better and reached 88.13% and 76.10% when against Verticillium wilt and Fusarium wilt, respectively. In the field experiment, 60 μg/m L ag-antibiotic 702 liquid medicine was sprayed 1 times, after 60 d, the growth of cotton seedlings against cotton wilt disease was 53.99%; the control effect of spraying liquid after 51 d with 2 times reached to 70.59%.
