本文以Al(OH)3和H3PO4为原料,研究了磷酸盐粘结剂的最佳合成条件,探讨了P/Al配比和反应温度对Al(H2PO4)3的形成以及填料的加入对粘结剂耐热性的影响,利用XRD和TG-DSC对粘结剂晶体结构和涂层热性能进行了分析。结果表明:P/Al比例为3∶1.4,合成温度在120~200℃范围内,可获得性能较好的Al(H2PO4)3粘结剂。填料的加入有利于粘结剂表面吸附水的蒸发和磷酸盐基体分子间结晶水的脱除,提高了涂层的热稳定性和耐高温性能。
Optimal synthesis conditions of phosphate based binder using Al(OH)3 and H3PO4 as the raw materials were investigated.The influences of the P/Al mole ratio and the reaction temperature on the formation of Al(H2PO4)3 and the effects of the functional fillers on the heat resistance of the phosphate binder were also analyzed and discussed.Crystalline structure of the phosphate binder and thermal stability of the coatings were studied by X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC).The results show that the Al(H2PO4)3 binder with the best performance is synthesized with the P/Al mole ratio of 3∶1.4 and at 120~200℃.The incorporation of the fillers is propitious to the evaporation of the adsorptive water and the dehydration of crystal water of phosphate molecules,hence,improving the thermal stability and the high temperature resistance of the coatings.
