以往高校毕业生就业的相关研究多强调毕业生的人力资本影响,忽视或低估高校培养方式变化对毕业生就业的影响.在我国高等教育中,高职教育培养模式自2006年以来发生了重大变化.本文采用多层线性分析模型,分析高职学校、院系和毕业生个体三个层面的因素对就业的影响.研究结果表明,高职培养方式改革对高职毕业生的就业能力、就业概率和起薪的影响有着不同途径和效果:高职培养方式变革的核心方面对就业能力有显著影响,虽对就业概率影响不显著,但对作为就业质量标志的起薪的影响是显著的.因此,本文建议高职教育把培养方式变革作为提升高职毕业生就业质量的重要途径.
The previous studies of the employment of graduates often overemphasized the effects of individual human capital, and ignored or underestimated the effects of reforms of educational mode. Since 2006, the educational mode of higher vocational education has changed very much. This article applied hierarchical linear model to evaluate the different variables from three levels: college level, departmental level and individual graduate level. The results showed that the reform of educational mode had different paths and effects on employability, employment probability and the starting salaries of graduates. The reform had no significant effects on the employment probability, but it could bring significant effects on the employability and the starting salaries of graduates. So, this article suggests that higher vocational education should take the reform of educational mode as an important path to improve the quality of employment of higher vocational graduates.
