In view of the increasing production of walnuts and the lag of cleaning processing technology .The study intro-duced the situation of walnut cleaning processing in United States and China , and analyzed walnut cleaning and process-ing technology and devices and the structure and working principle sets of key equipment .Through the test the perform-ance parameter of the main equipment of green walnut peeling cleaning machine , which provide a technology basis for the industrialized ,formalized and standardized production of walnut process deeply industry .
