针对我国核桃产量不断增加,核桃清洗技术滞后的问题,介绍连续式核桃清洗机的工作原理、技术参数和主要部件的设计,通过试验分析螺旋转速与生产率、洗净率和破损率的关系,综合连续式核桃清洗机的设计指标洗净率≥95%,破损率≤3.0%,选其螺旋最佳转速为25 r/min,螺旋的转速与生产率呈线性相关,得出生产率为2 655 kg/h,达到生产率的设计要求。
In view of the increasing production of walnuts and the lag of cleaning technology, the working principle, technical parameters, and the chief component design of continuous cleaning machine are introduced. Tests are carried out to analyze the relationship between the screw speed and productivity, and it between cleaning rate and damage rate. It has been designed that the cleaning rate is greater than 95%, the damage rate is less than 3%, and the optimum screw speed is 25 r/min which is linearly correlated with the productivity. The final productivity is 2 655 kg/h, which has met the design requirement.
