针对垂直运动的定子绕组不连续永磁直线电机因扰动使其运行失去同步而不能稳定、安全运行这一问题,将模糊控制、神经网络控制和遗传算法有机结合起来,构建了基于遗传算法模糊神经网络的双模态复合控制结构的永磁直线电机失步预防策略.侧重介绍了该控制模型的构成及工作原理,模糊神经网络的设计及参数的优化方法.仿真试验结果表明,该控制策略精确、可靠、控制方法简单,能够有效地提高垂直运动的定子绕组不连续永磁直线电机及其传动系统的稳定性、安全性.
Combined with fuzzy control, neural network control and genetic algorithm, a compound control strategy was proposed to solve the unsafe and unsteady operation due to out-of-step for a vertical-moved and discontinuous stator winding a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). The structure and working principle of this control model are introduced, the design and parameter optimization method of the fuzzy neural network are presented. It is shown that the proposed control strategy is effective for enhancing the stability and safety of the vertical-moved discontinuous stator winding a permanent magnet linear motor and a drive system
