合成了一种新型功能化碳纳米管复合材料(Fc/SWCNTs),采用红外光谱对其进行表征,研究了该复合材料在玻碳电极上的电化学行为及其对抗坏血酸(AA)的电催化性能。结果表明,该修饰电极对AA具有良好的电催化氧化作用,线性范围为6.0×10^-7-5.3×10^-4mol/L(r=0.998),检出限为2.2×10^-7mol/L,同时该修饰电极具有良好的抗干扰能力。
A novel single - walled carbon nanotubes wrapped by polyvinylferrocene (Fc/SWNTs) composite was synthesized by in - situ polymerization of vinylferrocene initiated by free radical. FT - IR was employed to characterize the composite. The Fc/SWNTs modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) presented a good electrocatalytic activity to ascorbic acid (AA) and the modified electrode was used for amperometric detection of AA, the linear range is from 6.0×10^-7to 5.3 ×10^-4 mol/L ( r = 0.998) with a detection limit of 2.2×10^-7 mol/L at 3σ. When the applied potential was controlled at + 0.43 V, uric acid (UA) caused no interference in the detection of AA.
