The paper uses SWOT method and theory of TRIZ contradiction matrix to analyze status quo of the development of the trategic emerging industry AMOLED industry in China. Through summing up strategies in TRIZ contradiction matrix and SWOT ma- fix, from five aspects of policy guidance, research and development, funding, personnel training and industrial chain construction, it ;ives some advices for China to develop AMOLED industry, such as focusing on encouraging basic R＆D and results＇ industrialization.
