为提高柑橘植株氮素的利用效率,本研究采用沙培试验,研究不同水平钨酸钠溶液处理对枳1年生幼苗生长状况、干物质含量及各部位硝态氮含量的影响。结果表明:不同浓度钨酸钠溶液处理后,幼苗各个部位干物质质量表现为先增加后降低的趋势,当钨酸钠浓度为1.0mmol/L,处理时间为28d时,植物各部位干质量达到最大,且显著高于其它处理及对照,之后各部位干质量开始下降;枳幼苗叶片和茎的硝态氮含量均随着钨酸钠处理浓度增加而减少;而根部硝态氮含量随钨酸钠处理浓度增加而积累。因此一定浓度范围的钨酸钠既可促进枳幼苗生物量的积累,也可明显提高幼苗的氮素利用效率。
In order to improve utilization efficiency of nitrogen in Citrus planting, using one-year-old seedlings in Poncirus trifoliate as materials in sand culture experiment, effects of different concentrations of NaWO4 on growth status, dry mass and nitrate nitrogen content in different organs of plant were studied. The results show that dry mass of all organs is increased firstly and then declined tinder different NaWO4 treatments. In 1.0 mmol/L NaW04 treatment for 28 days, dry mass of all organs reaches the highest value and is significant higher than other treatments and CK, and then it begins to be decreased with treatment time prolonged. Nitrate nitrogen contents in leaf and stem are decreased by increasing concentration of NaWO4, whereas nitrate nitrogen content in root is accumulated. Thus NaWO4 treatment at a certain concentration range not only can improve biomass accumulation in P. trifoliate seedlings, but also can increase nitrogen utilization efficiency of seedlings.
