目的 观察合成多肽P72对葡萄球菌肠毒素超抗原(SES)促人外周血单个核细胞(PBMc)增殖活性的抑制作用。方法 ^3H-TdR掺入法检测人PBMC的增殖;ELISA检测IL-2、IFN-γ、TNV-β分泌情况。结果P72对SEA、SEB、SEC的促PB-MC增殖及分泌IL-2、IFN-γ、TNV-β具有抑制作用。结论细胞试验显示合成多肽P72对超抗原SEA、SEB、SEC的活性具有抑制作用。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effects of synthetic peptide P72 on the mitogen activity of SEs in human PBMC. Methods Mitogen activity of SEs was determined with 3H-TdR incorporation. IL-2, IFN-γ, and TNF-β production levels by PBMC stimulated by SEs were detected with EI.ISA. Results Proliferation of human PBMC was inhibited by peptide P72. The levels of IL-2, IFN-γ, and TNF- β secreted by SEA-, SEB-, or SEC-stimulated PBMC were significantly decreased after p72 stimulation. Conduslon The mitogen activity of human PBMC stimulated by SEA, SEB, and SEC can be blocked by synthetic peptide P72.
