目前,由食源性致病微生物引发的食品安全问题备受社会的关注.基于特征基因识别的食源性致病微生物的检测方法,由于其识别对象在体外具有稳定且易于扩增等优点,因而特异性和灵敏度较好,其应用范围也越来越广泛.本文综述了近些年基于特征基因识别检测食源性致病微生物的新方法,总结了作者研究小组围绕电化学发光和微流控技术在开展快速检测食源性致病微生物工作中取得的新进展,最后对此类技术的发展方向进行了展望.
Recent years, the problems of food safety caused by foodborne pathogens have attracted a great deal of attention. For the detecting objects are stable and easy to amplify in vitro, gene-sensing techniques have been widely used to specifically, sensitively and rapidly detect foodborne pathogens. This paper summarizes the research advances on rapid detection of foodbome pathogens based on gene-sensing methods. Then, we present our novel results in foodborne pathogens detection using the electrochemiluminescence and microfluidic techniques. Finally, we discuss the future of gene-sensing approaches for rapid detection foodborne pathogens.
