采用菌液浇施方法对尾巨桉幼苗接种10株桉树内生菌,接种30d后进行低温胁迫.结果表明,处理l、7、5、6,9、3、2、8的半致死温度分别比对照下降了2.7l、2.28、1.98、0.77、O.61、O.61、0.26、0.08℃.植株在低温条件下,处理1、7、10、5、8,2、6、4的POD活性分别比对照提高了35.40%、22.52%、12.11%、12.11%、10.04%、8.23%、4.04%和0.62%;处理l、3、4、5、7、8的SOD活性分别比对照提高了36.39%、6.79%、0.06%、4.97%、12.98%和8.25%;处理5、7、1、4,9的MDA含量分别比对照下降了40.40%、29.08%、28.86%、4.88%和1.78%.表明菌种1可提高桉树的抗寒能力.
Ten kinds of endophytie fungus in eucalyptus were inoculated in the seedling of E. urophylla χ E. grandis by applying fun gus liquid, the experiment of low temperature stress was carried thirty days later. The results showed that in comparison with control group the semilethal temperature of treatment group 1,7,5,6,9,3,2 and 8 decreased by 2.71,2.28, 1.98, 0.77, 0.61,0.61,0.26 and 0.08 ℃, respectively; the activities of POD of treatment group 1,7,10,5,8,2,6,4 increased by 35.40%, 22.52%, 12.11%, 12.11%, 10.04%, 8.23 %, 4.04% and 0.62%, respectively; the activities of SOD of treatment group 1,3,4,5,7 and 8 increased by 36.39%, 6.79%, 0.06%, 4.97%, 12.98% and 8.25% respectively; the content of MDA of treatment 5,7,1,4 and 9 de creased by 40.40%, 29.08%, 28.86%, 4.88% and 1.78%, respectively. The results indicated that the cold resistance of euca lyptus increased greatly by inoculating with No. 1 endophytic fungus of eucalyptus.
